Symptom : Error during software update
AN ERROR HAS OCCURRED DURING SOFTWARE UPDATE
System Settings:
1. All units come with different firmware versions. Please contact us, or check our site for firmware downloads for a compatible firmware version.
2. You must re-download the firmware version, or update the firmware version. Please follow instructions listed bellow.
Troubleshooting:
1. Download, and save attachment onto your desktop.
2. Remove the SD card from the vehicle, and insert into your PC.
3. Open SD card, and delete “Update USA”, and “Program Update” that was preloaded (if any).
4. Drag the attachment tittled “Update USA”, and “Program Update” from this email into the SD card.
5. Re-insert the SD card back into the USB /SD Control box in the vehicle.
6. Go to Main menu-settings-program-program update. Allow the system to update while the vehicle is on.
