KEYBOARD BUTTONS DO NOT WORK (ALL BUTTONS DO NOT WORK)
System Settings:
1. Check TRIP S/W version
Troubleshooting:
1. Checking the main unit (LCD)
-From the main menu, if the RADIO loads up and displays current radio info the main unit is working properly
2. If the main unit is working properly
-Check LED status on the Interface Board when the keyboard buttons are pressed (LED lights should blink in response to the key commands)
-If the LED lights do not respond check if the cable between the keyboard and the Interface Board is connected properly and that the pin assignment is correct on both ends
