Symptom : Keyboard buttons do not work
KEYBOARD BUTTONS DO NOT WORK (factory audio controls such as FM, XM, CD buttons operate normally, but buttons that control the navigation such as MAP, DEST and MENU do not work) - Applies to Sonata and Elantra models only
System Settings:
1. Check TRIP S/W version
Troubleshooting:
1. Check the main unit (LCD)
-From the main menu, if the RADIO loads up and displays current radio info the main unit is working properly
2. If the main unit is working properly
-Possible causes are related to the physical hard key buttons and/or components related to the Trip (Interface Board, ribbon cable, Trip cables, etc.)
