G. Symptom

"FATAL APPLICATION ERROR" MESSAGE

System Settings:
1. Check if this occurred after a system/firmware update
2. Check whether or not this error message occurred when loading application programs which requires to play files from the USB drive (MUSIC, IMAGE or VIDEO)
3. Check if this error occurs during navigation mode

Troubleshooting:
1. If this error message displayed right after an update, this may be due to an improper software update; Run Program Update again
2. If this error message displays when trying to launch applications that use the USB drive, the likely cause of problem is that the USB disk is failing to read the file(s); Please check the following:
- Make sure the USB device is connected properly to the Control Box
- Check if the file being read is the correct file format and meet the system requirements to be loaded
3. If this error message displays when trying to run NAVIGATION, follow this procedure:
-Remove the SD Card and back up the “SpeedNavi” folder onto a computer
-Format the SD Card using FAT32 format
-Copy the “SpeedNavi” folder back into the SD Card’s root directory

Replace the Control Box and SD Card if the same problem persists after the format
