Unavi system 'stuck' in boot screen
Symptom: System freezes at the loading screen

Possible causes:
Corrupt OS files from recent software update or improper shutdown are the most common.
Troubleshooting:
1. If the system freezes it is possible that one of the files didn’t load properly and closed in the background. Attempts a soft-reset by pressing the reset button located on the SD control box most often located in the vehicle glove compartment.
2. The only other solution for resolving this problem would to use developer files to boot directly to Windows CE that can only be received directly from UNAVI. Please contact a technical support representative and they can assist you.
