Symptom : No sound when USB connected
THERE IS NO SOUND WHEN USB DEVICE IS CONNECTED TO THE FACTORY MEDIA PORT
System Settings:
1. Ensure the RADIO is turned on and goes into AUX mode as soon as a USB device is plugged into the USB input
Troubleshooting:
1. If the factory audio is in AUX mode, the UNAVI system will utilize the built-in speakers only (Refer to the vehicle Owner’s Manual for compatibility information on USB devices)
