UNAVI Technical Guide Checklist

When technical support inquiry is received regarding the "Navigation file not found" error message, follow the guideline below and record the problem with detailed information as possible:

Example 1 – Error occurred suddenly after normal use

Example 2 – Error occurred after SD Card was lost and replaced with a new one

Procedural Checklist

1. Did error appear on first use? Occurred after some time?

2. Does Navigation load after system reset?

3. Does Navigation load after removing the SD card and inserting back into the control box?

4. Does the map file size exceed 3.20 GB?

5. Does the “SpeedNavi.exe” file exist under the SpeedNavi folder in the SD card directory?

6. Check whether SD card was replaced or not

NOTES

• If the map file size is less than 3.20GB, there may be missing files in the SpeedNavi folder which may lead to: 1) unable to find destination; 2) SpeedNavi.exe application error message; or 3) navigation software freezing during normal operation.


• Must ensure “SpeendNavi.exe” file exists in the SD card. 


• If the SD card being used is not the original SD card provided with the Unavi system, applications may not run properly or load at all.
