Symptom : iPod is connected but no sound
IPOD IS CONNECTED BUT NO SOUND
System Settings:
1. As soon as the iPod is plugged into the factory media port it should override all audio modes and play automatically
Troubleshooting:
1. Please make sure this factory iPod cable is the vehicle manufacturer-provided (e.g. Hyundai, Kia) accessory as it may not be compatible with all iPod cables
2. Load up the RADIO screen and check if the “IPOD CONNECTED” message is displayed on screen
3. If the system displays iPod is connected but still no sound, internal defect is a likely cause (please contact our technical support team for further troubleshooting)
